These Terms apply to all strategy calls booked with Here for Vitality (“Provider”). By booking, you agree to these Terms.
The Call is a one-time consultation focused on health, wellness, and preconception education. It does not include ongoing support or implementation.
Full payment is required at booking. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Missed calls or late cancellations are non-refundable.
Results are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances and implementation.
All information provided is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice. You are responsible for your own health decisions.
You agree to participate fully and provide accurate information.
You are responsible for your internet connection and access to required platforms (e.g., Zoom).
Both parties agree to keep shared information private.
All materials remain property of the Provider and may not be shared.
Liability is limited to the amount paid.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
